What a fabulous Spring Term we have had. The children have worked incredibly hard this term and have learned and enjoyed so much. Many of the children have attended residential visits or have been on trips as well as taking part in some fabulous lessons and projects.
I was lucky enough to have joined in with the Year 5 trip to Tudor World and Stratford Upon-Avon which enabled me to see first hand the incredible knowledge of our children who wowed the staff at the centre.
And this morning, I was serenaded by children in 4M who sang ‘Count on me’ by Bruno Mars, which was a lovely way to end the term
A reminder about our Science challenge that is now open and involves children thinking scientifically, completing an investigation and recording this on a display – see section a little later for a reminder of the details.
We look forward to welcoming the children back for the Summer term on Monday 28th April which will also be our week of play, where we will be encouraging more play and activity, along with some personal and whole school challenges, for those who want to take part.
The summer term will be full of more learning opportunities, visitors, workshops, sports days, the summer festival and much more.
We look forward to continuing the super home-school partnership work we have with parents and thank you for your ongoing support.
